ITC Grand Chola Experience
Chola dynasty was one of the longest-ruling dynasties in southern India. Chola kings contributed much towards the Dravidian Temple architecture. The Brihadisvara temple at Thanjavur built by the Great Raja Raja Chola and the temple of Gangaikondacholisvaram at Gangaikondacholapuram built by his son Rajendra Chola are the living examples of the Golden age of Cholas.

If Chola dynasty is our great past, The ITC Grand Chola at Chennai is one institution that inspired from the Cholas. Indiblogger organised a preview meetup and I had this wonderful opportunity to visit and have a glimpse of this great landmark.
The Preview meetup was interesting. Met lots of blogger friends, played some games, live tweeted the event, had great food but the best part of it was the preview of the ITC Grand Chola. It took us almost 2 hours to go around and have a glimpse, that too a portion of the Grand hotel.
